Elton John on His Kids and Keeping Life ‘normal’ for Them

Music may have made Sir Elton John one of the most successful and recognizable musicians to date but one recent decision has given him a new love and become the priority in his life – his two children. Speaking recently about the release of his latest album, the 69 year old stated that he has never been happier and calls the decision to have children “the greatest…I’ve made”.

But what we love even more is he and husband David Furnish’s effort to keep the lives of their sons Zachary (5) and Elijah (3) as normal as possible. From having them earn an allowance by doing chores to not “getting a brand new car” for them when they get older, they are committed to instilling important values upon them.
